Our Cruise Director comes from Alsace in the east of France. He’s a true nature lover and there is little he doesn't know about underwater life, reptiles, mammals, fossils, botany. He’ll be more than happy to share his knowledge with you on board!
In Indonesia since 2013, Ludovic embarks in 2016 aboard the Tidak Apa’Pa, and knows exactly which dive site to take you to, when to go and what to look for! His “Adventurous side » will appeal to divers looking for more challenging dives, macro « nose in the sand » photograhy or discovery dives away from the classic dive spots.
As a Breton girl, Ariane was made for a life on the water !
A diving instructor in Indonesia since 2013, Ariane deeply loves sharing the diving experience, whether that be with experienced divers discovering new critters, or helping beginners, training and guiding them with great pleasure. You won't be able to resist being entertained by Ariane's happy energy, be it on board or underwater!
On land, Ariane is your main contact and the ambassador of Tidak Apa'Pa, she also takes care of the administrative, customer relations and marketing sides of the business.
Ludovic and Ariane both speak fluent French, English, German and Indonesian.
Aziz or Kap!
A sailor from Bira, of course! Aziz has been cruising the Indonesian seas since he was a young boy. Starting more than 30 years ago as a deck-hand on a cargo ship based in Surabaya, he made his way up to Captain with his hard work and professionalism.
He joined the crew of Tidak Apa'Pa 3 years ago for the delight of all. He will ensure your comfort and security at any time of your stay. You won't be able to resist either his highly contagious laugh, or his never-ending kindness.
Maman or "Bas"
Another Sailor from Bira! Maman (say Mamannnn) is our dedicated mechanics, the « Engine Whisperer » for a cruise with no worries!
Just as the Captain, he has been sailing for years around Indonesia aboard different Liveaboards.
A discreet man, but never last when it comes to work onboard, or prepare some new innocent trick to the younger staff… J
Rivo the Chef !
Sulawesi again ! But North side this time, with our Cookie coming from Manado. After a couple of years working in a dive resort on Bunaken, Rivo decided to take the adventure of the sea ! That's how he fed the Indonesian Cost Guards for 3 years, before joining us on TidakApa'Pa, for our greatest pleasure.
As sweet as its cooking, he'll be working hard to get you impatient of hearing the bell for food time ! He'll get sure your buds are having as much fun as you have by diving, by offering a wide range of delicious Indonesian, Chinese and international food.
Wanna make him happy as well? Remember those words : ENAK SEKALI !
Our rookie onboard: Chan, the multi-skills man! After 3 years in a dive resort in Komodo, Chan was willing to embark on a boat and join our team. Mainly dedicated to drive the speedboat and fill the tanks, he will also be helpful at every step of your trip!
This strong little man will help carry, put on and take off your equipment, with your luggage, boat logistics, external accommodation and so on… and always with a smile !!
BabiNoch, the official Mascot
A pig with mask and fins, really ??? YES, why not after all ???
Babinoch is a gift from our first divers onboard,, from Brittany obviously ! Thank you sooo much to them !!
BabiNoch is named after a mix between Indonesian : Babi means Pig, and Breton where Noch means... euhh Pig as well !
Our lovely mascot is always up to give you the call for Briefings and eating times, with his charming and so toneful cry !
